ARMS & ABS
Get ready to pump some iron! Mondays are reserved for biceps, triceps and forearms. We also focus on some ab work to give those arms a rest.
BUTT & LEGS
Who doesn't like a good bootie? Thats why Tuesdays are focused on butt and legs. You'll also burn the most calories this day! Our workout is designed to reduce fat, tone and strengthen your lower body perfectly.
CHEST, BACK & ABS
On Wednesdays we focus on upper body muscles. Designed to give you that perfect V shape and lean body look.
HIIT + ABS
Mid week is for that mid section! We combine fast paced cardio movements with abs to give you that overall calorie burn and flat stomach.
FRIDAY, SAT & SUN
This is Armourbody's signature full body workout. It doesn't get any better than this. We focus on every muscle in your body, giving you a high calorie burn and you leave feeling great!
